Fixing warnings in cloudflared log collector.

This attempts to fix errors like the ones shown below:

Luis Neto 60fe4a0800 TUN-8769: fix k8s log collector arguments 
## Summary

The equal signs were making the exec command to fail removing them fixes the issue.
